Lu is a research
assistant at ISRC, he received his B.S. degree from Beijing
University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2001
and MSc degree (2002) PhD degree (2007) from Queen Mary, University of London,
respectively. His research interests include multimedia QoS, call
admission control and adaptive resource management in mobile
cellular networks. |
