Dr. Im’s is responsible for managing day-to-day ISRC research centre operations. His role typically has tactical responsibility for the centre including managing the centre operational budget and research activities.
Marcus gained his PhD degree in Multimedia Systems from Queen Mary University of London and MSc degree in Enterprise Information System from King’s College, University of London. He is currently the Head of School of Public Administration in Macao Polytechnic Institute and Technical Consultant to the Internet Banking System of Bank of China, Macau Branch. Between 2001 and 2003 he held the posts of Lecturer, then Programme Co-ordinator in the School of Business at Macao Polytechnic Institute. He was the head of Division for Pedagogical Affairs until Sep 2007.
