Mr Siu is a
Technical Consultant of ISRC. Andrew earned his MSc degree
in Software Engineering from Macau University. He has been
teaching in Macao Polytecnic Institute since 1992 and has
taken on the post as programme coordinator of the Computer
Studies Program since 2002. He has raised and completed a
joint-project, called Macao Geoguide -- an e-map running on
PPC, with the Macao SAR Government in 2003. Another one has
been initiated by the end of 2004, which involves the
development of the e-map on a mobile phone. |
